• Entry is FREE all 3 days! We appreciate your donations at the gate, supporting our event charity.

• Saturday Night Late Entertainment (6:30pm) is also FREE!

• Parking is FREE!

Getting There

• Location: 305 Victoria Road, Gruyere, Victoria.

• Driving recommended. Check our Travel page for details on other options.

Programs & Essentials

• Souvenir Programs: Available at the gate and Event Office (donations support our charity).

• What to Wear: Dress for rain or shine (raincoat, boots, hat, sunscreen)

• Comfortable shoes recommended for uneven terrain.

• ATM: No on-site ATM, come prepared or use nearby options. Most traders accept eftpos.

Food & Drink

• Variety of take-away food in the Trade Village.

• Licensed bar under the marquee at the woolshed (overlooks cross country course).

• Food & drink vendors open late Saturday night.

• Bring your own picnic. BYO alcohol not allowed in Trade Village or woolshed.

Other Information

• Dogs welcome, must be well-behaved, leashed, and waste disposed of.

• Camping available (book on Nominate).

• Limited disabled parking (Car Park 1). Explain situation upon arrival for broken leg considerations etc

• Disabled toilets (near Main Arena, Sponsors Marquee, Trade Village).

• Lost & Found: Report lost items at the Event Office. We'll contact you if found.

• Lost people: Go to the Event Office or speak to volunteers with radios.

• First Aid: Available at Main Arena & Cross Country course (near Trade Village). Ambulance Victoria on-site Sat/Sun, Medical Team & doctor present all weekend.
