Press & Media Accreditation Terms & Conditions

We look forward to having you at Horseland Wandin Park International Horse Event for 3 days of competition 21 – 23 March 2025.

General

- The organisers reserve the right to decline any application, which does not meet the accreditation criteria, or remove the accreditation from any media found contravening these conditions.
- All accredited media must comply with the requests and instructions of the event organisers and stewards.
- Submission of the accreditation form confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Wandin Park International must approve all press/media.
- Accreditation for reporters should be submitted using the accreditation form. All requests should be in accordance with standard broadcasting guidelines and subsequent guidelines of the organisers.
- Press make your way to the Event Office where you will collect your Media lanyard. These must be returned at conclusion of the event.
- An accreditation may not be assigned or otherwise passed on or shared with any third party.
- All relevant Australian legislation must be observed, including Health and Safety Legislation.
- Any media in breach of these conditions will have their accreditation withdrawn, be asked to leave the grounds and will not be accredited in future.
- Drones are not to be used unless Wandin Park Association Inc. has given prior permission and must have a commercial drone licence.
- Media are required to have a working with children check.

Filming/ Radio

- Wandin Park Association Inc. hold all broadcasting rights.
- No filming can take place without the permission of the Wandin Park Association Press Officer.
- No film crews may enter the arena without prior agreement.
- Filming may only take place in locations agreed upon by the Wandin Park Association Press Officer.
- Film/Radio Crews must carry full Public Liability and Third Party insurance for all activities on Wandin Park. They must indemnify the owners and managers of Wandin Park and the Organisers against all costs, claims and other expenses that they may incur from any third party.
- Evidence of insurance must be available and produced on demand during the event.
- Any film or images are only to be used for the purposes agreed in advance. Under no circumstances may any material be used for any other commercial purposes, e.g. promotion or advertising by those filming or any third party, without specific consent in writing.
